The paints of choice for
the world's most highly acclaimed miniature
artists.
The
water-soluble acrylic paint is totally non toxic
and provides the widest range of colors ever
available from a single source. With 220 colors
and mediums there is no color that cannot be
acquired or mixed. All colors (with the exception
of the alcohol-based metallics) are water-soluble
and can be easily mixed to achieve any desired
hue. Colors contain no lead, solvents or any
ingredient that may be a health risk. When paint
is completely dry, it is waterproof and permanent.
Application
is simple and results, spectacular. The paint
is highly pigmented by a special process designed
with the miniaturist in mind. This pigmentation
results in a dead flat finish, which can cover
with a single application if desired. Model
Colors can be applied to all surfaces including
metal, plastics and polyesters. A coat of primer
is recommended but not necessary. Clean up is
a snap and with the use of water and a bit of
hand soap, brushes will last longer than with
any other medium. The paint comes in 17-milliliter,
non-breakable, soft plastic bottles with a self
sealing, built-in eyedropper dispenser. This
allows the painter to only dispense the exact
amount of paint needed for the project working
time.
